Hello! How's it hanging?

It's nice to be away from the crazy work week. Ah, home at 10 pm. Only on weekends. It's a nice feeling. But I'm also thankful for the work week, as I've been busy taking book orders. I want to start a book shop! Haha. Because I've realized that preloved bookstores are so rare in Cebu. I want to be the best preloved book seller this side of the island. Acquiring stocks and titles is a challenge, that's for sure. Shipping fees are the bane of my existence. But it's a challenge that I'm willing to undertake.  Because I want to be the best. Hahaha. I can do this. I am extra motivated, I know. :D I can't wait to sell books and share the love for the written word.

I've also been busy with some articles that I'm writing for Cebu's premier online magazine. More on that later. All I can say is that I am thankful for the hustle, and I'm thankful that I can be productive this way.

Also I've been thinking about savings. A lot. Like, a large part of adulting seems to revolve on having a healthy savings account. When I retire, I don't want to solely depend on pension to live the good life. I want to be financially secure. And I guess that should be the goal for most twenty-somethings out there, too. :)

What random thing am I gonna spew next? Nah, nada. Coming up with March posts is exciting because it is the start of summer. I know it's summer all year round, but it's always extra special during these months. Summer always brims with possibilities. :)
